Support our vision to provide more accessible art and art education for all. Young At Art Museum is committed to providing access to art-based experiences for underserved communities where the opportunity to engage with art is limited by geography, ethnicity, economics or disability. Our belief that art can transform lives is exemplified through the delivery of our community art initiatives for children, teens and families in Broward.
Young At Art Museum is a nationally and internationally recognized, award-winning, one-of-a-kind children’s art museum, and a leading non-profit cultural organization in the State of Florida. Since 1989, YAA has inspired and enriched the lives of children and adults through its galleries, educational programs, public events, and community initiatives, impacting over 200,000 individuals each year.
Events at Young At Art Museum are crucial to our mission in helping raise the funds necessary for the Museum to support our community through our Art Initiatives and Art Programs. Proceeds from our events and fundraisers also go towards improving the interactive, hands-on exhibits and providing more accessibility to art and art education. By supporting events at the Museum, you join us in promoting the power of art to all.
We believe that all children, regardless of their socioeconomic background, deserve the opportunity to take advantage of the Museum’s unique educational opportunities. It has been demonstrated that early exposure to cultural institutions stimulates a child’s interest in learning and can help deepen understanding of the world.
Expert art educators from Young At Art Museum’s staff will lead your group in a stimulating interactive tour and a collaborative art workshop, customized to your needs and designed to build team camaraderie through creative thinking.
Corporate Volunteers make an investment in the education and development of children’s lives, while gaining hands-on team building and museum experience. Volunteers assist in promoting the Museum’s commitment to the Power of Art by engaging with visitors and supporting Museum staff and programs. Volunteers also serve on committees to support the mission of the Museum.
Enrich your workplace with the power of art!
Young At Art is grateful to businesses that can contribute materials, supplies, silent auction items or services which the Museum would otherwise need to purchase. Depending on the value of the contribution, Young At Art may be able to offer recognition and other marketing benefits in exchange for a business’s generosity.
